EQProfit Privacy Policy

EQProfit ("we", "our", or "the app") helps barn operators track hay inventory and feeding costs. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Profile information: Display name you choose to provide.
• Operational data: Company/facility names, hay purchases, feeding records, inventory adjustments, and cost analytics you enter in the app.
• Activity logs: Audit entries describing create/update/delete actions within your company (for team accountability).
• Subscription and payment data: Subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase history processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat). We do not store full payment card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Provide the EQProfit service (local storage and cloud sync)
• Calculate cost-per-head and inventory metrics
• Enable team collaboration within your company

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Storage

• Data is stored locally on your device (SQLite) for offline use.
• When signed in, data syncs to our cloud database (Supabase) over HTTPS.
• Authentication tokens are stored in the device secure keychain (iOS) or encrypted storage (Android).

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Supabase — our infrastructure provider for authentication and database hosting, under their privacy and security terms.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation for in-app purchases.
• Apple / Google — payment processing when you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play.
• Email provider — to send team invitation emails when a barn owner invites staff (recipient email address only).

Your Choices

• Sign out clears local data on your device.
• Account deletion: Contact support at privacy@equisight.tech to request deletion of your account and cloud data.

Security

We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS, row-level security on the database, and secure credential storage on mobile devices.

Children's Privacy

EQProfit is not directed at children under 13.
